Mission X Hour is very flexible, enjoyable and full of energy. It has been inspi#000 me to change my attitude

The Mission X trainings class with Ralf is a great opportunity to learn some new martial arts techniques and

styles such as Brazilizn Jiu Jitsu, Thai boxing, Submission wrestling/Grappling and Street Fighting. Its also a great way to do some decent exercises on a regular basis. The timing is great with 2 to 3 times a week. The

exercise equipment is great and very useful for the workouts. Everyone is very energetic in the session so Ralf is really doing a great job to keep us motivated and the energy up for the duration of the entire class. The

music is nice and I also like the team atmosphere in the class which Ralf creates perfectly.

When I arrived in Sydney I was wondering how I can fit in training and exercising in my busy schedule. I’m a GYM junky and love to train hard 5-6 times a week. I thought to myself lets check out the Mission X Power Hour and was literally blown away by the top level and variety of those classes. Ralf is an amazing coach and trainer always knowing how to push us to the limit in a very smart way. I have been playing soccer and basketball for over ten years in Germany. I just love to play ball games. When I

arrived in Sydney I was looking for an opportunity to keep fit. Then I met Ralf and joined the Mission X Power Hour classes. I never tryed any kind of Martial Arts and was very surprised how cool those Mission X classes

actually are. Ralf is an amazing teacher and trainer. His classes are so much fun and pretty hard work at the same time. I still had to battle with a recent knee injury and an older shoulder operation. Ralf was able to

improve the healing process while working around my pain areas. I improved my overall fitness and learned some really cool fighting moves. The boxing and hardcore conditioning part of the class where I could give

everything i had left in my tank was something I was looking forward too every single time. Ralf’s book “Unlocking your Health & Happiness” was an eye opener in many ways for me. Great job Ralf it’s a true wake up

I love to play sports and keep fit. I have been going to the gym 4 x a week for long time and take dance

lessons twice a week on top of that. I like the way Ralf is teaching the class. He is a really good coach and knows how to motivate and lead people. He is always in a good mode and full of energy. I really enjoy the

lessons and learn something new every time. I love the team spirit and amazing energy in Ralf’s classes. There I met another German girl with whom I have a really great time and a lot of fun. To become close friends with

I would like to write my impressions of the Mission X Power classes. For over fifteen years I train different

martial arts myself so I have a good understanding of different styles. Since I arrived in Sydney, I attended the weekly training of Ralf. Of course the group is very mixed. The athleticism and knowledge about sports and

martial arts of every person is very different. Nevertheless, Ralf is a great teacher and manages the training to be interesting for everyone. All exercises are explained very well and questions of any kind he answers

detailed and patient. His training has a clear structure: an extensive warm up to prevent injuries, a technical and a conditioning training are the main parts. Stretching, relaxation and breathing exercises round out the

program so that everybody is feeling energised even after a hard training. The exercises are coordinated to each other and very effective. In addition to the sporting aspects Ralf creates with his sympathetic and open

way a comfortable climate in the group which motivates everyone. When I took my first Mission X class I was positively surprised how great Ralf is conducting the training to bring out the best of the entire group. His

fitness level is truly amazing. As an experienced athlete and trainer in the area of martial arts I can highly recommend his training and approach to teach students. Thanks a lot, Ralf. (Frank Scholtka)

When I arrived in Sydney I wasn’t sure if I will stay for a longer time. However Ralf’s Kick-Boxing training

every Tuesday and Thursday made my decision easy. The training with Ralf becomes very important for me, so that I don’t want to miss it. It is really the main reason for me to stay in Sydney for a bit longer. Ralf is not

only a very good teacher, he is so full of power and positive energy that this kind of training makes people happy and brings them together too. He is a real master in forming and leading a great team. I have been always

very active and involved in different sports such as tennis, tae-boe and kick-boxing but had never a trainer like Ralf. He is not only extremely fit and is leading by example all the time but also warmhearted and always

I am very lazy when it comes to doing exercise. The reason for that it is a lack of motivation and

encouragement. The first time I went to Ralf�s training session, I obtained those two things. Ralf was very encouraging during the whole session, which made me feel fulfilled after the session, not only physically but

also mentally. Besides, his training session is quite unconventional, which makes doing exercise become interesting to me. (Nana, China)

I really like the Mission X Kick-Boxing classes with Ralf as well as the one on one Personal Training sessions because

for me sport and keeping fit is very important. My background is breakdance which I have been doing for more than 6 years 4 times a week. I don’t want to lose my fitness level during the time I stay and study in Sydney so I’m very happy to have the opportunity to learn a

lot of new cool things. . Ralf is doing a really good job. I was impressed by his high energy level and knowledge about sports, nutrition and the human mind. I have been training different sports since my childhood but to find a trainer like Ralf is not easy. He is leading

by example, extremely fit and motivated. His high energy and positive attitude is inspiring the whole team and creates a great atmosphere for serious training and progress while having a lot of fun. I met some really nice people there and Ralf made it easy to connect and

form a team. The last part of every class is cool down stretching and meditation which I personally enjoy very much it helps me to come down and relax after a great class. A great feeling of happiness & satisfaction after every class puts a big smile on my face and makes me

look forward to the next one J.Ralf’s book “Unlocking your Health & Happiness” is very helpful to understand the game of life and why we are getting sicker and fatter than ever. Well done Ralf! I also like the coming together after a challenging training and sit down and

Since I arrived in Sydney I was trying to eat healthy food and exercise, but sometimes it was so difficult. Because I didn’t know what to

eat and how to exercise. But since I met Ralf my health and fitness is getting better. His knowledge about health and diet is second to none. I appreciate his patience to explain important aspects about health and lifestyle issues. I learned a lot and was surprised more than once what the

term healthy food actually really means and why people are getting sicker and fatter than ever. Ralf’s Mission X Power Hour trainings session helped me to get back on track. I love all the changes Ralf made in my life such as the Mission X classes, fruit for breakfast, some nice green plants

and all the colourful photos as a vision board/visual goal planner on the wall. Ralf is an inspiration and Mission X is truly a Force for Good. I attended the Mission X Beach Challenge and it was a lot of fun, yummy fresh fruit and a lot of exercise on a beautiful sunny day at Maroubra Beach.

Ralf’s training helps me to keep up my trainings level from Germany. I have been a athlete all my life and love Ralf’s classes. Even though I trained

in Germany 5-6 times a week too I have never been as fit and strong as now which makes me very proud and happy. I changed my diet and some lifestyle issues too. Under Ralf’s guidance it was much easier than I ever thought. Ralf is a outstanding teacher, a real inspiration and a very charismatic person.

His book ” Unlocking your Health & Happiness” is just another example of his brilliance. I lost 4kg, my skin and overall well being have improved and my body fat contend went down from 18% to 11%. I feel more energized and better than ever. I have been training with Ralf 4 times a week and love it.

I’m very grateful that I met him, he taught me so many things not only in sports but about life in general. As far as I can see has Ralf improved the lousy diet of a lot of many other students here because since he is teaching here people eating much more fruit and vegetable and less junk food.

His passion to help and teach people is is nice to watch. So with a healthy body and mind it helps me without any doubts in my studies at UTS. Thank you very much, Ralf you are simply the best.
